NEAT Technical Support Transition
In order to guarantee that we continue to provide our quickly expanding clientele with the finest technical assistance possible, Neat is switching from our existing free, best-effort support model to a fee-based SLA (Service Level Agreement) support model.
Regardless of the status of their service contract, Neat support is available to all clients until January 31, 2024. Beginning on February 1, Pulse Plus or Pulse Pro subscribers will receive dedicated technical support based on a service level agreement.
IT administrators may utilize our robust management platform, first-rate technical support, and extended warranty with Neat Pulse. We encourage clients to look over the Pulse plans and choose the one that best suits their needs as an entity.
